2017 was the International Year of Sustainable Tourism and to talk about it we were invited to Palma de Mallorca last November. Ignasi Villalonga Institute, focused on promoting economical debate, invite us to talk about our project and our experience in food and wine tourism and the impact that it has in the Euroregion. We understand sustainability in gastronomic tourism as a way to keep alive our landscape, our products, our traditions and our culture. We exposed the work we have been doing and we do from Aborígens to promote Catalan cuisine far from mass tourism.
